As a System Support Engineer you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure.Candidate should have thorough understanding and working knowledge of following:<ul><li>Microsoft Active Directory</li><li>Windows Server OS</li><li>Forefront &amp; Sophos Firewall</li><li>HP Storage server</li><li>HP ProLiant series server</li><li>WSUS/WDS/DNS/DHCP</li><li>Microsoft 365</li><li>Google Workspace</li><li>Linux OS &amp; Cybersecurity principles (highly preferred)</li><li>Ability to understand Events &amp; Logs monitoring</li><li>Basic understanding of Subnetting, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, TCP/IP</li><li>Very well aware of MS Visio / Edraw for technical documentation &amp; report writing</li><li>Experience Level: 1-2 years.</li></ul>Qualification:&middot; Minimum Graduate (Computer Science is highly preferred)&middot; Relevant certification/coursesCommunication Skills:<ul><li>Good communication skills (verbal &amp; written)</li><li>Team player</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
