FirstPoint Group is looking for a skilled and reliable Odoo Developer who can either join our team immediately or take on a high-priority project on a freelance basis. We're seeking someone who has hands-on experience in Odoo development, customization, and integration to help us implement, configure, and fine-tune modules tailored to our operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and features
• Work on configuration, deployment, and optimization of Odoo ERP
• Create automated workflows and reports tailored to company requirements
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and internal tools
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after deployment
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand needs and translate them into system solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (minimum 2–3 years)
• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, Python, PostgreSQL, and XML
• Experience in customizing existing Odoo modules and creating new ones
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Available for immediate start (either full-time or freelance/project basis)
• Experience with project documentation and training is a plus
