The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in the fit-out residential and joinery field, with the ability to prepare BOQs, detailed costing, and accurate pricing based on project drawings and specifications. The role requires a professional who can evaluate project requirements, control costs, and ensure profitability while maintaining quality and compliance with UAE standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review project drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities to understand project requirements.</li><li>Prepare detailed estimations and quotations for projects including interior, fit-out, and joinery works, covering material, labor, and overhead costs to determine total project cost.</li><li>Assist in preparing tender documents, including pricing, schedules, and commercial terms.</li><li>Conduct site visits to assess project conditions, identify potential risks, and gather data for accurate estimation.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost savings and propose alternative solutions without compromising on project quality.</li><li>Identify and assess potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate them to project stakeholders.</li><li>Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy in estimation and smooth project delivery.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (mandatory).</li><li>UAE Experience: 100% mandatory &ndash; candidates must have relevant experience in the UAE construction or fit-out industry.</li><li>Professional Certification: Certification from a recognized professional body such as RICS, CIOB, or AIQS will be an advantage.</li><li>Fit-Out - Residential and Joinery Experience: Candidates with prior experience in interior fit-out and joinery works will be highly preferred.</li><li>Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and provide cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively coordinate with project stakeholders.</li><li>Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in cost estimation, tendering, and project documentation.</li></ul>Industry Knowledge:<ul><li>Proven experience as an estimator in residential construction or Home/Villa renovations (3+ years must in UAE).</li><li>Interior Fit-Out Industry: Comprehensive understanding of materials, labor, and cost structures in interior and joinery projects.</li><li>Construction Regulations and Standards: Familiarity with UAE construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Salary will be based on performance and experience demonstrated during the evaluation and interview process.</li><li>Important Note:</li></ul>Candidates without UAE experience or who do not meet the above qualifications are requested not to apply, as we are specifically looking for individuals with relevant UAE market experience to ensure an efficient hiring process.Job Type: Full-timeSalary Range: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per monthShould be an Immediate JoinerJob Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
