The Role
You will manage Inova Tech's day to day social media activity and paid advertising campaigns. From content planning and posting to running Google Ads and Instagram Ads, you will be responsible for keeping our brand active, credible, and lead generating across all digital touchpoints, especially targeting business owners, decision makers, and SMEs across the UAE and GCC.
This is a hands on, execution focused contract role for someone who can take ownership, work independently, and deliver consistent results in the B2B technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Post and schedule content consistently, ensuring high quality, on brand visuals and captions aligned with Inova Tech's professional and tech forward positioning.
- Design and run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) targeting businesses looking for Odoo, ERP, web, and app development services.
- Design and run Instagram and Meta Ads campaigns to generate B2B leads, build brand awareness, and promote service offerings.
- Manage ad budgets, monitor performance, and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI, lead quality, and cost per lead.
- Track and report on key metrics including reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
- Coordinate with the team to develop content around case studies, client success stories, Odoo modules, tech insights, and behind the scenes work.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on B2B marketing trends, LinkedIn best practices, Odoo ecosystem updates, and tech industry developments.
- Suggest creative campaigns, lead magnets, and content ideas to strengthen brand authority and lead generation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media and paid ads, ideally with IT, SaaS, ERP, tech, or B2B service brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing managed B2B social media accounts and successful ad campaigns.
- Hands on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Instagram advertising.
- Solid understanding of B2B content strategy, copywriting, and visual storytelling for tech and professional services.
- Familiarity with Odoo, ERP, CRM, or similar business technology is a strong advantage.
- Skilled in tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Strong communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Self driven, organized, and able to deliver on deadlines without close supervision.
- Based in the UAE preferred, to allow occasional on site collaboration and content shoots.
