Royal Smart Limousine is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Flutter Developer with a proven track record in developing and maintaining high-performance cross-platform applications. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, including at least 6 years of hands-on expertise in Flutter. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills in Node.js, Python, or similar technologies, along with experience in Firebase, AWS, and RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Flutter & Mobile Development:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart for iOS and Android.
• Implement best practices in state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, Redux, GetX, etc.).
• Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and Firebase for enhanced functionality.
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.

Backend Development & APIs:

• Build and maintain secure, scalable backend services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Work with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Firebase Firestore, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Create and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs for seamless integration.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

Cloud & DevOps:

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Monitor app performance and troubleshoot critical production issues.

Collaboration & Agile Development:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality applications.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and Agile/Scrum sprint planning.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter updates, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years specializing in Flutter.
• Expertise in Flutter Web & Flutter Desktop development is a plus.
• Experience working on eCommerce, taxi apps, or enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations or AR/VR in mobile applications is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead complex projects within a team.
