We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Software Engineer with expertise in PHP to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying robust web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest standards of code quality, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, well-designed, and efficient code using PHP.
• Develop and maintain web applications, ensuring robust performance and scalability.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Follow industry best practices and company coding standards.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in PHP development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks Laravel or CodeIgniter.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Experience with relational databases specially MySQL and database design.
• Familiarity with version control tool Git.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
