Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Receptionist is responsible for answering inquiries of callers, customers, visitors and other interested parties.


Responsibilities

  • Provide requested information to callers, direct them to appropriate personnel and take messages when needed
  • Meet visitors, determine nature of business, direct them to specific destinations and notify concerned person of visitor’s arrival
  • Send, receive, dispatch and distribute incoming mail, facsimiles or other materials to relevant parties while tracking courier services
  • File and maintain records of internal/ external mail on appropriate tools as per the set standards

Specific for UAE Offices:

  • Assist in handling internal processes related to Head Office departments by releasing company documents to internal/external customers such as labour contracts/cards, passport release, checks and/or other legal documents
  • Provide administrative support to Line Managers through printing company related documents and distributing them as required
  • Process international call requests as instructed by management
  • Monitor the stationary supply of the Administration Department while managing the procurement process



Qualifications


  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus
