Job Description
  • Assist the Reservation Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the reservations department
  • Supervise and support reservation agents to ensure excellent customer service
  • Handle complex or high-priority reservation requests and guest inquiries
  • Monitor and manage room availability, rates, and inventory across different booking platforms
  • Ensure accurate input and updating of reservations in the Property Management System (PMS)
  • Coordinate with the front office, sales, and revenue management teams to optimize occupancy and revenue
  • Prepare reports on reservations, occupancy, and booking trends for management review
  • Help implement and maintain reservation policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to new reservations staff
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests related to bookings
  • Support in managing group bookings and corporate accounts
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and hotel standards in reservation processes
