Responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing documents.
