The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller Graduate to support a portfolio of projects for one of our key clients in Abu Dhabi as part of our Project Controls team within our Oil, Gas & New Energies business.

The key objectives for this role are:

  • Learn and assist with project documentation processes and standards.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of document control systems.
  • Ensure timely processing and distribution of project documents.
  • Gain experience with document workflows and data accuracy.
  • Develop skills to support compliance with project requirements.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with registering, tracking, and filing project documents and drawings.
  • Help maintain version control and ensure proper documentation handling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for document updates and submissions.
  • Learn to generate and maintain document status reports.
  • Support the document controller team with administrative tasks.

Expected:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Administration) or a High School graduate.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional engineering environment.
