</p><ul><li>Accountable to carry out interface management activities of ADNOC Project as per setup Interface procedures and coordination with the existing ADNOC facilities, and Contractor/Vendor during all stages to ensure safe project execution and meeting defined project targets.
</li><li>Accountable to follow defined interface points during design phase and populate new operational interface for timely execution of the projects works. Maintain and update the interface register.
</li><li>Assist in providing the project with all information related to the interface agreement needed by the requesting parties.

</b></p><ul><li>Lead the Construction team to support the objectives and strategies

</li><li>Manage the On Island Construction teams responsible for the planning, development and operations to ensure construction execution certainty
</li><li>Manage the Contractor&rsquo;s construction planning and execution efforts to ensure compliance with Project objectives, strategies, obligations and requirements
</li><li>Establish a construction organization to implement the Project execution plans and procedures and coordinate resourcing of construction team positions
</li><li>Provide construction and execution strategy support to the Project Team through construction oversight and assistance
</li><li>Ensure that the Contractor and Subcontractors are compliant with project safety expectations, policies and procedures
</li><li>Steward the development of an Integrated Safety Plan for construction, including SIMOPS for all island and brownfield work
</li><li>Assist in the review and implementation of all Contractor safety plans
</li><li>Steward interfaces and interactions between the Contractor and other UZ Projects, Production Operations, and Drilling
</li><li>Manage the interface with ADNOC Offshore OPCO to execute brownfield works in order to minimize disruption in ongoing production operations
</li><li>Ensure that the detailed design deliverables support constructability
</li><li>Report construction progress, performance, initiatives and issues to the Project Team
</li><li>Lead construction planning teams to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities
</li><li>Sponsor construction related readiness reviews, constructability workshops and CERs
</li><li>Take a leadership role in mentoring and training UAE Nationals in construction management

PMC Offshore Construction Manager

<div><p>Wood is currently seeking an Area Lead - Process Plant (Chemical &amp; Reagents) to support our Projects business. This role will play a key part in the development of a new gold mining and processing facility during the construction and pre-commissioning phases.
</p><p>The position may initially be office-based in Al Khobar, Riyadh, or Jubail, prior to mobilising to a site-based assignment in Saudi Arabia on an 8/2 rotation.</p></div>
