<div><p>Wood is currently seeking an Area Lead &ndash; Process Plant (PT &amp; TBT) to support our Projects business. This role will play a key part in the development of a new gold mining and processing facility during the construction and pre-commissioning phases.
</p><p>The position may initially be office-based in Al Khobar, Riyadh, or Jubail, prior to mobilising to a site-based assignment in Saudi Arabia on an 8/2 rotation.</p></div>

</b></p><ul><li>Lead the construction of process tanks and internal components, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project standards.
</li><li>Coordinate all structural, mechanical, piping, and E&amp;I (Electrical &amp; Instrumentation) activities to maintain alignment across disciplines.
</li><li>Manage mechanical completion activities, including inspections, punch list resolution, and system readiness.
</li><li>Facilitate seamless handovers to commissioning teams.</li></ul></div>

</p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience:
</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience
</li><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering
</li><li>Experience in large process tank construction within mining plants, or in Oil &amp; Gas tank farms, process vessels, and tank-based treatment systems.</li></ul></div>

</b></p><p>PTW Coordinator would be responsible for overseeing the construction of large-scale projects. Also, ensure that all contractors and subcontractors are working together effectively to meet project deadlines, and they act as a liaison between these parties and the client or owner of the property being built. Managing the day-to-day operations at their site. This might include ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly, monitoring safety protocols, and making sure that workers have everything they need to do their jobs well.</p></div>

</li><li>Providing training to crew members on safety precautions, company policies, and job skills
</li><li>Scheduling staff time efficiently to ensure that all project goals are met within specified time frames
</li><li>Monitoring the progress of construction projects to ensure that contractors are meeting deadlines and adhering to specifications
</li><li>Estimating costs for labor and materials needed for projects
</li><li>Coordinating with other team members to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed on time.
