Squad International is hiring experienced Call Center Representatives for our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. We are looking for candidates who have previously worked in any DME forum, including lead generation, doctor chasing, or live transfers. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to U.S. patients and healthcare providers
• Generate qualified leads for DME products (e.g., braces, CGM, diabetic supplies)
• Engage in doctor chasing, follow-ups, and prescription retrievals
• Perform live transfers to verification or sales teams
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and call outcome.

Mandatory Experience:

• Must have prior experience working in DME campaigns through:
• Lead Generation
• Doctor Chasing
• Live Transfers
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Good understanding of U.S. healthcare/DME workflow.
• Ability to work evening shift (7:00 PM – 2:30 AM)
• Residing in or able to commute to PECHS Block 2, Karachi

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
