Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the seamless operation of our bar. If you have achieved WSET Level 1 qualification and have a flair for delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar, including inventory management and staff supervision.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
• Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to perform at their best.
• Monitor adherence to health and safety standards.
• Create and implement innovative beverage menus, leveraging your wine and spirit knowledge.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

• WSET Level 1 qualification (Wine & Spirit Education Trust).
• Proven experience in bar management or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, including wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively.
