We are a fast-growing e-commerce business operating on the Amazon platform, managing multiple international marketplaces. Our focus is on delivering top-notch customer experiences through prompt service, professional communication, and reliable support. As we scale, we’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team and help us maintain a strong reputation with our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support across Amazon marketplaces (primarily via Seller Central, email, and chat)
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, complaints, and return/refund requests
- Monitor and resolve order-related issues including delays, shipping updates, or product inquiries
- Handle negative feedback and A-to-Z claims while ensuring account health is maintained
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment partners to resolve delivery issues
- Create and maintain accurate records of interactions and support cases
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, product listings) to resolve complex issues
- Maintain a positive and helpful tone that reflects the brand’s values and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or Amazon Seller Central support (preferred)
- Familiarity with Amazon policies, Seller Central dashboard, and case log system
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable working during US/UK business hours (night shift may apply)
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience managing an Amazon FBA/FBM business
- Experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
