We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Dispatcher with hands-on experience in the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience working with DRT or a similar dispatching platform and will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing loads, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining excellent communication with brokers and customers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across the US.</li><li>Manage and monitor shipments using DRT and other dispatching software.</li><li>Communicate with drivers, brokers, shippers, and customers regarding load updates and delivery schedules.</li><li>Track drivers' locations and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.</li><li>Resolve route, delivery, and scheduling issues efficiently.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of loads, driver status, and dispatch activities.</li><li>Negotiate with brokers to secure profitable freight when required.</li><li>Handle after-hours communication and urgent dispatch issues when necessary.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an International Dispatcher in the US trucking/logistics market.</li><li>Hands-on experience with DRT or similar dispatch software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of US trucking operations, freight dispatching, and load management.</li><li>Familiarity with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms is an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: Rs28,811.59 - Rs97,030.25 per monthWork Location: In person
