International Dispatcher (US Market)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Dispatcher with hands-on experience in the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience working with DRT or a similar dispatching platform and will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing loads, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining excellent communication with brokers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across the US.
• Manage and monitor shipments using DRT and other dispatching software.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, shippers, and customers regarding load updates and delivery schedules.
• Track drivers' locations and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Resolve route, delivery, and scheduling issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, driver status, and dispatch activities.
• Negotiate with brokers to secure profitable freight when required.
• Handle after-hours communication and urgent dispatch issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an International Dispatcher in the US trucking/logistics market.
• Hands-on experience with DRT or similar dispatch software.
• Strong knowledge of US trucking operations, freight dispatching, and load management.
• Familiarity with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Pay: Rs28,811.59 - Rs97,030.25 per month
