• Location: Gulberg III, Lahore (On-site)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Night Shift (05:00 PM – 02:00 AM)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday (Weekends Off)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 65,000 – 80,000
• Commission: High & Uncapped (Performance-Based)
• Total Earnings: High-income potential with consistent loads

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage U.S.-based truck drivers efficiently
• Book profitable loads using DAT Load Board and Truckstop
• Negotiate freight rates with brokers to maximise profit margins
• Monitor shipments, track ETAs, and ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, brokers, and clients
• Handle end-to-end dispatch operations smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 8 months of U.S. truck dispatch experience (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience with DAT Load Board & Truckstop
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment
• Strong multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving skills
