Location: MM Alam Road, Gulberg, Lahore (Onsite)
Working Hours: 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Salary: PKR 65,000 – 120,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)

GrabTorque Complete Service is looking for a motivated and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our growing operations team. If you have experience dispatching trucks in the US trucking industry and can confidently communicate with drivers and brokers, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Dispatch and manage trucks across the US.
• Book profitable loads using load boards.
• Communicate with brokers and drivers professionally.
• Plan routes and maximize truck utilization.
• Track shipments and provide updates.
• Solve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of truck dispatching experience.
• Experience with DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the US trucking industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple trucks.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and dispatch software.
• Must be available to work onsite in our Lahore office.
