Truck Dispatcher (US Trucking)

Join our growing US-based truck dispatch company! We are looking for experienced and motivated Truck Dispatchers who can efficiently manage loads, coordinate with drivers, and ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of US truck dispatch experience
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Ability to communicate with drivers and brokers professionally
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and dispatch software

Job Responsibilities:

• Find and book profitable loads
• Negotiate rates with brokers
• Dispatch and coordinate drivers
• Track shipments and provide updates
• Maintain accurate dispatch records
• Resolve issues during transit
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers
