Amazon Listing & Data Entry Executive (Excel Expert)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Listing & Data Entry Executive with strong Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing product listings on Amazon while ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central
• Perform data entry and maintain product information
• Upload bulk listings using Excel sheets
• Optimize titles, bullet points, and product descriptions (basic level)
• Ensure data accuracy, pricing, and inventory updates
• Handle variation listings (size, color, etc.)
• Coordinate with team for updates and corrections

Requirements

• Intermediate experience with Amazon listings (Seller Central)
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP preferred)
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of eCommerce workflows
• Ability to manage large data sets
