Position: Technical Support & Data Entry Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Islamabad (Onsite)
Working Hours: 05:30 PM - 02:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:Technical Support

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote sessions.
• Assist clients with software setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets.
• Coordinate with installation and engineering teams for smooth onboarding and support.

Data Entry

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and operational data in company systems.
• Verify and review data for completeness and accuracy.
• Generate reports and organize records as required by management.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and understand software systems quickly.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
