We are looking for a Support &amp; Data Entry Specialist to join our Islamabad team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth client operations and backend support.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide first-level support to customers via call and WhatsApp.</li><li>Handle software-related queries and guide customers through issue resolution.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and timely updates for restaurant menus, pricing, staff, etc.</li><li>Follow up with clients post-resolution to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>Proven experience in customer support or data entry roles preferred.</li><li>Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, data entry platforms).</li><li>Good communication skills in English and Urdu (spoken &amp; written).</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.</li></ul>Working Days: Monday to SaturdayTimings: 5:30 PM &ndash; 2:30 AMLocation: IslamabadHow to Apply:Interested candidates can send their CVs to &quot;admin@eposmatic.com&quot;with the subject line &ldquo;Support &amp; Data Entry Specialist - Islamabad&rdquo;.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
