Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer assistance while handling critical data entry and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by answering product and service-related questions.
  • Record, update, and maintain customer information accurately.
  • Monitor and track support requests until resolution.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in support operations will be beneficial.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
