Customer Service Representative - Early Morning Shift

We are seeking a driven, friendly, and outgoing individual to fill the position of Phone Centre Operator based within our Communication Centre in Islamabad, Pakistan.

• You will be responsible for taking inbound calls for all the customer enquiries and booking services for new and existing customers while building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
• The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills, excellent phone manner, along with the ability to profile customer needs, follow up with both providers and respond to customers with estimated bookings, pick up and delivery times for their vehicles in an efficient manner.

Your primary role will consist of:

• Answering phone calls from customers in relevance to their vehicle bookings in Australia.
• Follow up and informing customers of their estimated pickup and delivery times.
• Assist customers with their general enquire
• Recording and distributing messages.
• Monitoring the emails and responding to them on time.

You will also be required to perform:

• Customers follow-ups.
• Follow-ups with carriers
• Provide assistance and support to other staff members of the Communication Centre as directed by your manager.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Preferably the first language is English
• Excellent communication skills – specifically inbound call.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• A strong customer focuses.
• An ability to work in a close-knit team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment while remaining upbeat and positive.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to effectively handle customer queries and concerns in a positive manner.
