Inbound Customer Service Representative

Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Schedule: 5 Days a Week

We are looking for an experienced and professional Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you have excellent English communication skills and prior experience handling USA-based inbound customer support, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of USA-based call center experience (Inbound Customer Service).
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or fluent accent.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work the permanent night shift.
• Must be comfortable working from our office.
• Candidates residing near College Road, Township, Lahore will be preferred.
