Call Center Agent Intern (Night Shift) – SEO & Digital Marketing Outbound

Are you a motivated student or recent graduate looking to break into the fast-paced world of SEO and Digital Marketing? Do you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales? We are looking for energetic Call Center Agent Interns to join our Night Shift Outbound Campaign.

This isn’t just a call center job; this is a paid internship where you will learn the fundamentals of digital marketing, lead generation, and search engine optimization (SEO) while earning an income. You will be the voice of our agency, reaching out to business owners to help them grow their online presence.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients (business owners, marketing managers) to introduce our SEO and Digital Marketing services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for our sales pipeline.
• Pitch Delivery: Articulate the value of SEO, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), and Social Media Marketing to help businesses increase their visibility.
• Data Management: Accurately log call results, client details, and feedback into our CRM system.
• Market Research: Assist in identifying target markets and researching potential clients to tailor your pitch.
• Feedback Loop: Provide insights from client conversations to the marketing team to refine our messaging.

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, navigating CRMs, and using Google Suite.
• Availability: Must be available to work Night Shift (e.g., 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM or similar).

Education:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
