Customer Service Representative (Inbound Sales)

A client based in Lahore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from prospective customers, provide accurate information about services, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer and lead inquiries professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
  • Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Meet individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer handling and sales conversion abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications is preferred.

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore (Onsite)

Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Experience: 2–3 Years

Work Location: In person
