A client based in Lahore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from prospective customers, provide accurate information about services, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer and lead inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and sales conversion abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications is preferred.
Location: Bahria Town, Lahore (Onsite)
