We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with excellent English communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience handling outbound/inbound calls with UK-based customers and be confident in building rapport, nurturing leads, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK-based customers in a professional and engaging manner.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain and manage leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and positive customer experiences.
- Guide customers through the process and assist in scheduling surveys/appointments.
- Accurately update customer interactions and records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve assigned targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or UK Campaigns.
- Strong English communication and listening skills.
- Confident, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle objections and build trust with customers.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
