Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with excellent English communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience handling outbound/inbound calls with UK-based customers and be confident in building rapport, nurturing leads, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK-based customers in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and manage leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and positive customer experiences.
  • Guide customers through the process and assist in scheduling surveys/appointments.
  • Accurately update customer interactions and records in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve assigned targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or UK Campaigns.
  • Strong English communication and listening skills.
  • Confident, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to handle objections and build trust with customers.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
