Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Description – Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Night Shift As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role involves assisting customers, resolving inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently Process orders, returns, and account updates Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Provide product and service information to customers Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/CRM systems) Ability to multitask and work under pressure Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
