Job Responsibilities

✅ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
✅ Provide accurate information about products and services
✅ Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally
✅ Maintain customer records and update information in the system
✅ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
✅ Meet performance targets and maintain service quality standards

Participate in ongoing sales training to improve communication and closing skills.
Requirements & Skills

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with office applications
✔ Customer service or call center experience is preferred
✔ Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
