Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product/service information, addressing concerns, and driving sales through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Accurately process orders, applications, and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Goal-oriented, with proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
