We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer communication, appointment scheduling, and service coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer queries professionally while ensuring smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively
- Schedule and manage appointments and bookings efficiently
- Process membership applications and convert inquiries into confirmed clients
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, providing prompt and accurate responses
- Coordinate with on-field beauticians to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
Requirements:
- Male candidates preferred
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and call handling
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
