Client Services Coordinator

This will be a Front Desk Office role. You will be the first point of contact for our mental health establishment, setting the tone for client experience.

This is an on-site job, with timings: 11 am to 7 pm. The office is located near Township.

Responsibilities:

  • Help clients land the right services, introduce them well to our services portfolio, and deal with their non-clinical queries
  • Receive feedback from clients about their satisfaction, and their success in achieving the goals and services they were looking for
  • Supervise junior operations staff
  • Manage client reception, including warmly greeting visitors and handling check-in/check-out processes
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments using our practice management system
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries
  • Coordinate with clinical staff regarding client arrivals and scheduling changes
  • While this is an on-site job, the bigger proportion of your interactions with clients will be over chat or calls.

Requirements:

  • No formal qualifications needed
  • Very good English proficiency

Bonus:

  • Experience working as CSR
  • Experience with leads conversion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs75,000.00 per month
