GharPar Technologies is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented &quot;Accounts Officer&quot; to manage day-to-day financial operations including cash flow, reconciliations, and salary disbursements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, be highly organized, and capable of working independently under the guidance of the line manager.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Daily cash management and reconciliation</li><li>Vendor and party account reconciliation</li><li>Salary disbursement in coordination with HR</li><li>Managing bank-related tasks (deposits, cheques, withdrawals, etc.)</li><li>Performing admin and operational support tasks</li><li>Field visits to other company locations, if needed</li><li>Completing any other tasks assigned by the line manager</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>B.Com (Bachelor&rsquo;s in Commerce) is a must</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Minimum 2 years of continuous work experience in the same company</li><li>Proficiency in basic accounting and finance language and logic</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines</li><li>Must own a motorbike.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li><li>A supportive work environment in a fast-growing service industry</li><li>Opportunities for learning and career growth</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience of 2 years with same employer in past?</li><li>Are you familiar with basic accounting &amp; finance terminologies and their logics?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
