Female Calling Agent CSR

We are currently seeking a female Calling Agent (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and enhance service delivery.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products and services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a call center or tel-sales role (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to manage challenging situations with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Strong multitasking abilities and time management in a fast-paced environment.
