The Role

We are seeking motivated and articulate outbound Call Center Agents to join our US market team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for American businesses, introducing them to our suite of digital marketing solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, are driven by targets, and are looking to build a solid foundation in international B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to US-based businesses to introduce our digital marketing services and identify new sales opportunities.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our services, tailoring your approach to resonate with the needs of each prospect.
• Qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening, ensuring a robust and promising sales pipeline.
• Manage the initial stages of the customer journey, from first contact to scheduling qualified appointments for senior sales closers.
• Accurately document all call outcomes, customer information, and follow-up requirements in our centralized CRM platform.
• Analyze personal performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement, adapting strategies for higher conversion rates.
• Consistently achieve and surpass individual targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments set.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

• Minimum educational requirement: Intermediate / A-Levels. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent spoken English skills, with a clear, professional, and neutral accent suitable for communication with a US audience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
• A resilient and results-oriented mindset, with the determination to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Solid organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a call center environment is an advantage.

Shift & Location

• Location: On-site at our offices in Gulberg, Lahore.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).
