Job Description

Brandix Soft is a growing digital marketing agency serving clients across the US and UK markets. We provide SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and web development solutions.

We are expanding our outbound sales team and seeking energetic, goal-oriented Call Center Representatives to generate new business opportunities. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our digital marketing services and qualifying leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses in the US and UK markets to generate qualified sales leads.
• Clearly articulate the value of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web development services, tailoring conversations to address client challenges.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities using effective questioning and active listening.
• Accurately log all customer interactions and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual targets for call volume, qualified leads, and appointments set.
• Maintain a positive, persistent, and client-focused attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum Matriculation / O-Level. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with a clear, professional, and confident telephone manner.
• Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment is highly advantageous.
• Digital Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, PPC, or social media marketing is a significant plus.
• Mindset: Results-driven with the resilience to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills and a strong drive to succeed are strongly encouraged to apply.

Shift Options (Monday – Friday):

• UK Market: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PKT
• US Market: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT
