Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include delivering technical support, analyzing user needs, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining a high level of customer relationship management. This role also requires effective communication and a customer-first approach to ensure the smooth operation of the helpdesk and ticket system.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, with a focus on delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficient in interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Experience in Technical Support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Effective Analytical Skills to identify issues, understand complex situations, and find solutions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience with WordPress or similar platforms is a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
