Responsibilities:
- Support the customer service team in the UK.
- Handle both incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Adhere to various communication scripts during calls.
- Engage with customers through phone, chat, and other relevant channels.
- Assess client needs, respond to inquiries, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain organized records of all interactions.
- Enhance performance and meet objectives.
- Oversee customer accounts.
- Perform data entry tasks as required.
Required Skills:
- Experience in an international call center with strong communication skills, including fluency in English and active listening.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency with computers and the internet.
Two shifts available:
2:00am to 10:00am (night shift)
Monday to Thursday (4 days a week - Rs. 50,000)
or
Friday to Sunday (3 days a week - Rs. 40,000-45,000)
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
