Job Description of Customer Service Representative
* Efficiently manage incoming customer communications across multiple channels, including inbound calls, emails, and live chat.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of first-contact resolution.
* Handle complex customer complaints and escalated issues with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
Requirment :
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
* Strong ability to active-listen, analyze problems, and provide clear, structured solutions under pressure.
* A-Level/O-Level/Fresh graduate.
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
