Job description:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate Lead and Sales of EK Visa by contacting clients. B2C &amp; B2B Clients included</li><li>Handle visa application processes for tourist, business, transit, and other visa types for various countries.</li><li>Check and verify visa requirements based on the client's travel itinerary.</li><li>Accurately complete visa application forms, collate required documents, and ensure timely submission to embassies or visa centers.</li><li>Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers for updates, clarifications, or urgent cases.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, embassy holidays, and documentation changes.</li><li>Guide clients on biometric appointments, personal interviews, or additional documentation as required.</li><li>Ensure all visas are processed within stipulated timelines to meet clients&rsquo; travel schedules.</li><li>Maintain proper records of applications, rejections, renewals, and visa fees.</li><li>Provide timely updates to sales/travel consultants and clients on application status.</li><li>Assist in maintaining vendor/embassy relationships and negotiate visa facilitation when necessary.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Travel &amp; Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in visa processing (preferably in a travel agency, visa facilitation center, or corporate travel desk).</li><li>Strong understanding of international visa regulations, Schengen, UK, USA, UAE, and all countries in particular.</li><li>Good communication skills in English and local languages.</li><li>Attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.</li><li>Contacts in different consulates preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Prior experience in managing both individual and corporate visa cases.</li><li>Knowledge of e-visa, group visa processing, and online applications.</li><li>High level of discretion in handling sensitive client information.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
