About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Associate to assist customers with software-related inquiries while ensuring accurate data management within our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Guide clients through software usage and troubleshoot common issues.
• Document support activities and maintain customer records.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good understanding of computer applications and MS Office.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer support or data management is an advantage.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
