Technical Support Specialist

We're Hiring at CronySoft - Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

You will handle daily customer support and technical troubleshooting for POS and Backoffice workflows, including billing, returns, shift closing, inventory, purchasing, reporting, and user access. You will log and manage customer cases in the ticketing system, follow up until resolution, and escalate complex issues to internal teams with complete documentation. You will also support customers during urgent situations, guide non-technical users with clear instructions, and maintain professional communication throughout the support process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2/3 years experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Helpdesk, or similar role.
  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer handling skills with a calm and professional attitude.
  • Comfortable working night shift and supporting USA-based customers.
  • Experience using ticketing/CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho, Jira, Intercom, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of POS, retail workflows, inventory, warehouse operations, ERP, or SaaS support is a strong plus.
  • Basic technical knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, networking concepts, and remote support tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk).
  • SQL or database understanding is a plus for validation and troubleshooting.
