We're Hiring at CronySoft - Technical Support SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesYou will handle daily customer support and technical troubleshooting for POS and Backoffice workflows, including billing, returns, shift closing, inventory, purchasing, reporting, and user access. You will log and manage customer cases in the ticketing system, follow up until resolution, and escalate complex issues to internal teams with complete documentation.
