This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in physical and digital marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Planning1. Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to target audiences and business objectives.2. Research market trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.3. Identify and propose innovative marketing opportunities to drive business growth.Market Research and Analysis1. Conduct in-depth research to understand target demographics, customer needs, and market demands.2. Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.3. Translate research findings into actionable marketing strategies.Campaign Development and Execution1. Plan and oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the company&rsquo;s goals and audience preferences.2. Collaborate with internal and international teams to design and execute campaigns with maximum reach and impact.3. Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet objectives and deliver desired outcomes.Stakeholder Collaboration1. Present marketing research and campaign plans to stakeholders and secure budget approvals.2. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.Industry Awareness 1. Stay updated on retail industry best practices, emerging trends, and new marketing technologies.2. Implement strategies to keep the company&rsquo;s marketing efforts ahead of the competition.Physical Marketing and Client Engagement 1. Execute physical marketing initiatives to reach and engage target audiences effectively.2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and campaign success.3.
