Marketing Executive

CronySoft is looking for a creative and result-driven Marketing Executive who can take ownership of marketing activities, brand strategy, lead generation, and digital presence.

The ideal candidate must understand the latest marketing trends, think out of the box, create engaging content, plan campaigns, and help generate quality leads for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Develop creative campaigns to improve brand visibility.
• Manage and optimize social media presence.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website, and email campaigns.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Support brand strategy, product positioning, and business growth plans.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with sales, design, product, and management teams.
• Use modern marketing tools and AI tools to improve campaign planning and content quality.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and latest marketing trends.
• Creative thinking with ability to bring fresh ideas.
• Good content writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and lead generation.
• Ability to plan campaigns and analyze performance.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools will be a plus.
• Experience in software, SaaS, IT services, POS, ERP, or B2B marketing will be preferred.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field. Relevant practical experience may also be considered.
