Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in social media, digital trends, content creation, and brand marketing.

This role involves managing social media platforms, coordinating campaigns, engaging with online audiences, and assisting in the execution of marketing activities to strengthen the brand’s presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice, communication style, and visual presence across all platforms
  • Manage community engagement, including comments, direct messages, and audience interaction
  • Coordinate and manage influencers, content creators, and PR collaborations
  • Handle agency and vendor coordination for campaigns and marketing activities
  • Collaborate with creative teams for content, captions, videos, and campaign execution
  • Contribute to campaign ideation, marketing strategies, and brand-building initiatives
  • Monitor social media and campaign performance and share insights for improvement
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on organic content performance and audience engagement
  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and industry developments
  • Develop engaging organic content ideas for digital platforms
  • Assist in content shoots, UGC coordination, and trend-based executions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration, Communication, or a relevant field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or brand communications
  • Prior experience in the FMCG industry will be preferred

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Creative thinking and content ideation ability
  • Basic understanding of campaign execution and reporting
  • Ability to coordinate with agencies, vendors, influencers, and internal teams
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
