About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, generating leads, engaging with customers, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing (internships will not be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle company social media accounts across designated platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media channels.
  • Generate and nurture leads through social media and digital marketing activities.
  • Communicate with potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries and supporting business development efforts.
  • Assist in lead conversion and basic sales support activities.
  • Promote company services through social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor content performance and prepare reports based on key metrics.
  • Review and approve customer communication templates and response scripts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, branding guidelines, and platform regulations.
  • Support the execution of promotional campaigns and marketing activities.

Daily Tasks

  • Publish and schedule social media content.
  • Generate, manage, and follow up on leads.
  • Engage with customers and respond to inquiries.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Support lead conversion activities.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Shift Timings

Morning: 10 am - 6 pm

Monday - Saturday

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
