Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and improving our online presence.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation, SEO, and digital marketing tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.
  • Develop monthly social media content calendars.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement new strategies.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility across all platforms.

Content Creation

  • Create compelling social media posts, captions, stories, reels, and video content.
  • Design marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Write blog posts, website content, and marketing copy when required.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Conduct audience research and targeting.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.

SEO & Website Management

  • Perform complete on-page SEO optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics.
  • Assist in website content updates and improvements.
  • Improve search engine rankings through SEO best practices.

Lead Generation

  • Generate quality leads through organic and paid marketing efforts.
  • Develop strategies to increase inquiries and conversions.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (or equivalent combination of education and professional experience).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing responsibilities and delivering results in a professional environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Location: Karachi, DHA phase 5.
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
