We are looking for a creative and analytically minded Digital Marketing Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate is passionate about content, understands how great UX drives conversions, and knows how to build a brand's presence across digital channels. You should be a strong researcher, a self-starter, and someone who takes initiative without waiting to be told.
Key Responsibilities
- Ecommerce Store Management — Assist with day-to-day store tasks including updating product listings, collections, banners, and basic content on the store.
- Content Creation & Management — Produce engaging written, visual, and short-form content for multiple channels, including website, social media, email, and blogs. Ensure content is on-brand, relevant, and consistent.
- Content Market Research — Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, audience behavior, competitor content strategies, and keyword opportunities to inform the content roadmap.
- CRO & UX/UI Awareness — Identify and suggest improvements to landing pages, product pages, and user flows to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the design/dev team on UX recommendations backed by data or best practices.
- Social Media Management — Plan, schedule, and manage social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), including content calendar, posting, and community engagement.
- Digital PR & Brand Outreach — Support digital PR efforts including blogger/influencer outreach, brand mentions, link-building collaboration, and online reputation activities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or D2C brand environment.
- Strong content creation skills — writing, ideation, and basic visual content (Canva at minimum).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement on each.
- Familiarity with CRO principles — knows what makes a landing page or product page convert.
- Exposure to Digital PR approaches — outreach, brand building, and online visibility strategies.
- Excellent research and learning ability — can independently investigate, synthesize, and apply information.
- Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms for simple store-side tasks.
- Good written communication in English.
- A self-learner mindset — proactive, curious, and always upskilling.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of basic SEO principles and on-page optimization
- Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
