Digital Marketing Manager (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: Ahsanabad, Near Gulshan Maymar, Karachi

Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person) Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital advertising, campaign management, lead generation, and client proposal development. Requirements Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, social media. Willing to take challenge projects. Experience in creating project pitches, marketing proposals, and client presentations. Ability to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns. Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. Develop marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Create professional project pitches and proposals for prospective clients. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations. Coordinate with the design and content teams to execute marketing campaigns. Preferred Skills Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager knowledge.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. Understanding of SEO and conversion tracking. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
